By installing or using BrandLens ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, uninstall the Extension and do not use the service.

2. Description of service

BrandLens is a browser extension that queries AI language models to show you how those models describe and rank brands on any given webpage. Results are informational and do not constitute professional advice.

3. Free and paid tiers

• Free tier: 5 analyses per calendar month. No payment required.
• Pro tier ($29/month): Unlimited analyses. Billed monthly via ExtensionPay. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Agency tier ($99/month): Coming soon. Contact us for early access.

4. Prohibited use

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the Extension without permission.
• Use automated scripts to trigger analyses beyond the rate limits set by the service.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party terms.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or authentication mechanisms.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. We make no guarantees about uptime or availability.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrandLens and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via extension update notes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
